Your mission is to develop successful client-agency relationships providing strategic input while ensuring clients receive superior customer service. Ultimately you increase revenue from the accounts you manage by generating extra needs and upselling opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities 

You are the primary contact for the client demonstrating high quality professional expertise as you manage all aspects of a project: identifying new revenue opportunities, estimating costs, creating client proposals, guiding the production team, managing budgets and keeping clients updated with progress reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in account/project management role for digital projects related to Linakis Digital services.
  • Proven knowledge in Project Management (PMP or Prince2) - desirable
  • University degree on e-commerce or IT
  • Good written and verbal skills both in Greek and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS office tools
