We are looking for a Senior CRM & Analytics Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success. You will be responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious sales goals in Customer Analytics, Marketing & CRM Strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with our  Customer Analytics  team to create new sales opportunities and formulate customized solutions. Identifying potential leads, nurturing prospective customer relationships, and closing deals, you’ll play an integral role in helping our Customer Analytics department thrive. You will also stay ahead of industry trends, learn what makes our competitors tick, and leverage efficient sales tactics to broaden our customer base. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate sales opportunities within new and existing customers.  
  • Have an overview of the relationship with selected clients and be responsible for maintaining a long-term partnership through prompt delivery of assigned projects.
  • Systematically monitor trends in the Greek market and best practices in customer analytics, loyalty, marketing & CRM.
  • Prepare & execute the annual sales activity plan for Linakis.digital customer analytics & CRM services.
  • Prepare & present the financial offer for new projects in cooperation with in-house teams and coordinates the negotiations.
 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 
  • BSc or MSc in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Proven working experience of more than six years in customer loyalty and CRM strategy. 
  • Required experience in sales. 
  • Good negotiation skills 
  • Excellent use of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of key business analytics practices.
  • Fluent written and oral skills both in English and Greek.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and discuss business analytics and marketing strategy concepts with senior management of clients.
 

PROFILE SKILLS

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical thinking
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new concepts, technologies & trends.
  • Understanding of primarily Greek market needs, competition, trends around customer analytics & CRM, and in the future international needs, as well 
  • Good interpersonal relationships and ability to present and analyze ideas verbally and in writing to members of senior management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple independent projects with different groups.
  • A high degree of confidentiality and strong work ethic, following the corporate processes and procedures.
