We are looking for a CRM Loyalty Manager to join our expanding team. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing data analytics projects & CRM strategies in close collaboration with our Customer Analytics team. You'll help craft customer success strategies, build strong relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences.

Α. Marketing & CRM Strategy Design & Implementation

  •  Design detailed data-driven marketing & sales strategies for the client, including: 
  • Pilot testing, target group selection, customer offering, timing and communication channels, advice on the actual marketing message, estimation of the expected results.
  • Actively participate in the impact analysis of the implemented marketing initiatives, depending on the project type.
  • Work closely with our Customer Analytics  team to translate the results of the assigned analysis into tangible conclusions and decisions, understand the exact Marketing & CRM needs, design the proper solution, and customer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Prepare presentation decks & reviews them with the client, and provide additional consulting services.
  • Systematically monitor international trends in Customer analytics & CRM.

Β. Project Management

  • Designs and communicates the detailed project plan to involved parties and facilitates its timely implementation
  • Is responsible for recording & monitoring each project according to the company's procedures and for the timely pricing based on the agreed plan for the daily contact with the client, the resolution of possible issues, the handling of changes within the project.
  • Coordinates with the relevant departments to ensure compliance with each customer's agreed privacy and data protection obligations.


  • BS or MSc in Finance, marketing, Business Administration.
  • Proven working experience of at least four years in customer management (CRM strategy) and loyalty programs design & management
  • Proven working experience of 3 years in project management
  • Εxcellent use of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of key business analytics practices.
  • Fluent written and oral skills both in English and Greek.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and discuss business analytics and marketing strategy concepts with senior management of clients.
  • Familiarity with a CRM platform's functionality will be considered a plus

  • Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to adapt to new concepts, technologies & trends.
  • Good interpersonal relationships with members of both senior and middle management.
  • Ability to manage multiple independent projects with a different group, delivering results within time and budget.
  • Ability to present and analyze ideas verbally and in writing, both in Greek and in English.
