ROLE OVERVIEW

As a part of our team, you will be seeking for opportunities to promote services to existing and new clients in the field of data analytics, marketing & CRM strategy. You will be working closely with the Business Development & Data Analytics teams to recognize, discuss and develop opportunities to formulate the proposed solutions, customer portfolio management strategies and implementation plans. You will also participate actively in marketing activities  at Linakis.digital and collaborate with existing partners to increase awareness on the data analytics offering of the company. As a CRM & Loyalty Sales Manager, you will establish long-term relationships with the existing clients, by following closely the analytics projects and maintaining a good understanding of clients’ needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Explore new sales opportunities within existing and new clients
  • Prepare and monitor a sales plan on an annual basis and coordinate involved parties for its proper implementation
  • Actively participate in the design and implementation of marketing activities and collaborate with existing partners to increase awareness on the data analytics offering
  • Systematically monitor trends in the Greek market, and best practices in customer analytics, marketing & CRM
  • Arrange and participate in sales meetings with potential customers, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans
  • Follow closely existing analytics projects and maintain a good understanding of existing clients’ needs, in order to formulate additional offers
  • Participate in the designing of the action plan of analytics projects as well as customer centric marketing & CRM strategies, in collaboration with the data analytics team
  • Present the financial offers to the customers, lead the negotiations, create the final contract in accordance with the company's procedures and coordinate the signing from involved parties
  • Ensure that each offer and project are totally aligned with the company's internal procedures and practices and within the already agreed pricing requirements

  • SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTS TO SUCCEED

  • BS or MSc in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration
  • Proven working 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Project Management and Marketing
  • Desired proven working 2-3 years’ experience in customer loyalty and CRM strategy
  • Excellent use of Excel & PowerPoint and knowledge on key business analytics practices
  • Fluent written and oral skills both in English and Greek
  • Ability to effectively communicate and discuss business analytics and marketing strategy concepts with senior stakeholders
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical thinking
  • Flexibility and ability to adopt to new concepts, technologies & trends
  • Understanding of the Greek market needs, competition, and trends
  • Good interpersonal relationships and ability to present and analyze ideas verbally and in writing to members of senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple independent projects with different groups
  • High degree of confidentiality and strong work ethic, following the corporate processes and procedures
