The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a member of the Client Success Office and is responsible for the nurturing of successful long-term relationship with one or more of the companies’ key domestic or international clients, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction, as well as increased YOY sales.
The TAM is responsible for the establishment of strong relationships with the client’s major stakeholders, being actively involved in materializing the strategic positioning of the company for the particular client. 
Additionally, the TAM is responsible for the deep understanding of the clients’ business needs, the elicitation of high-level technical requirements of solutions that meet those needs, the creation and timely submission of the required technical and financial proposals highlighting’s value proposition, and the follow up of the sales procedure. 
Finally, the TAM works closely with several other Linakis.digtial teams, acting as a liaison between the client and these teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Main responsibilities

Opportunity Generation

  • Analysis of customer needs and creation of sales opportunities in the assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Creation of a Program Management plan that presupposes deepening in the needs of the customers with simultaneous service of the productive possibilities of the company.
  • Communication with customers to strengthen relationships at high and middle level.
  • Provide technology consulting to support the sales process.
  • Work actively towards building a healthy pipeline and meeting particular sales goals set by the company. 
  • Identify upsell opportunities iside the client’s digital ecosystem.
  • Provide technology consulting to support the sales process.
  • Communicate with the customer to clarify technical and business requirements of the particular opportunity.
  • Convey customer requirements to other team members, as well as team questions to the client, until all requirements are clear.
  • Combine requirements with the company’s offerings to architect the finest solution for the case, ensuring complete compliance with the clients’ requirements.
  • Describe in written and in detail the proposed offering by authoring texts, technical diagrams, data tables and other documents, as part of the official technical proposal submitted by to its prospect client.
  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Create commercial documents, as a response to functional, technical business and financial elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Produce Bill of Materials including all equipment and professional services required for project completion and participate actively in the creation of financial proposals.
  • Communicate with external partners and suppliers to find the best possible solution for the case.
  • Define high-level time plans for the technical implementation of the project.
  • Manage multiple independent opportunities, delivering results within the allocated time.

Communication and Negotiations

  • Study of contracts with the aim of making the contract profitable for the company. 
  • Negotiate with the client for all aspects of the proposal.
  • Prepare presentations and deliver demonstrations to board level executives, senior management, technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in client’s site visits to present the proposed offering and interact with them to elicit requirements.
  • To achieve its goals, it relies on the toolkit of files and procedures developed by the company, for which it must suggest improvements to its supervisor. It is a question of respecting the procedures and showing diligence.
  • For the company to function better, additional tasks may be assigned to the position holder.


  • Degree in Engineering or computer science (or relevant)
  • Knowledge of Web and Mobile systems and technologies, including Content Management Systems, Web Services, Databases, Networking and Security. Understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  • Additional studies in Economics, Sales or Business Administration will be highly appreciated.
  • 3+ years’ of relevant work experience. Previous experience in the field of web / digital applications will be considered an asset.
  •  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Greek and English), with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally. 
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Presentation and product demonstration experience.
  • Solid understanding of the technical and business benefits (and possible shortcomings) of the proposed solution.
  • Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs and Tender documents.
  • Experience in Business Development with enterprise clients in web and mobile technologies.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project)
