THE OPPORTUNITY 

At Linakis.digital, we are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our expanding team and support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will propose enhancements and continuously improve our HR processes.

You will be responsible for the preparation and the effectiveness of all critical HR department functions, such as staffing, training and development, compensation, and benefits. Your goal will be to promote our company culture, manage talent, and cultivate the desired climate among personnel.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with managers to update job descriptions for all departments.
  • Participating in the planning and scheduling of new positions and roles and organizational development.
  • Managing the recruitment process, creating a resume pool, working with agencies, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members. 
  • Participating in the organization and supervision of people development, progression, and retention processes.
  • Participating in the organization and supervision of people's appraisal and performance. 
  • Keeping records of policies and procedures relating to human resources.
  • Undertaking the execution of the department's technological development program through selecting and integrating a new HRMS information system.
  • Responsible for the gradual migration of all departmental workflows to the new IT system.
  • Performance management: participation in the company's pay and benefits systems and use of software to record data, create indicators and monitor reports.
  • Taking care of the strengthening and tightening of employee relations and teamwork through activities and events.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Postgraduate Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRMS software, and comfortable learning new systems as required
