Job Description

As a part of our team, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring leading projects for top brands in Greece and abroad. You will be working on challenging assignments, ensuring the successful implementation of the assigned projects to meet business process initiatives and organizational objectives. You will also be part of a team creating industry-leading solutions, using broadly applied methodologies and project management services.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely progress and achievement of IT project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plans, always keeping an eye on quality and budget requirements. Act at all times as the ultimate owner of the project.
  • Create trusting relationships with the assigned clientele through top-notch client service actions
  • Initiate, plan, and drive project agreements aiming at improving the company’s efficiency and creating profitable partnerships for the company.
  • Managing projects across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and the project team.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Analyze project progress. Monitor and report on project status and issues on a weekly/15th/or monthly basis to stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for taking all necessary approvals on time.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the project and communicate them effectively to the Account Manager for further action.
  • Setting project quality and performance standards.
  • Make suggestions on possible improvements that are always aligned with the company’s internal  processes and regulations.

Skills and Attributes to succeed

  • A Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in IT or in Business Administration.
  • 3-6 years of demonstrated experience in project management.
  • 3-6 years of working knowledge of technical and digital projects.
  • Excellent English language skills written and spoken.
  • PMP Certification will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience on projects built in Sitecore and/or Kentico and/or Umbraco platforms will be considered an asset.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Active listener, pay attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking, ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Multi-tasking, agile and team-oriented personality.
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders.
  • Proven experience working with clients, organizing and managing project requirements with confidentiality and integrity.
