THE OPPORTUNITY 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for designing, organizing, conducting user testing studies and workshops, as well as for analyzing the results produced to ensure optimum user experience during the implementation of the project.  

DUTIES

  • Design and organize workshops with clients.
  • Undertake facilitation in events and workshop sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the initial design and perform and analyze tests related to the study of user experience such as personas, customer journey maps, card sorting, competitor analysis, process flows, usability testing (remote or supervised).
  • Participate in co-creation sessions with UI designers and manufacture/produce low fidelity wireframes for project needs.
  • Design, coordinate and perform usability tests, expert evaluations and in-depth interviews with users.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data of user surveys and suggest application ideas and solutions to the UX team.
  • Research and propose new methodologies and tools that can be added to company's research portfolio.
  • Analyze, evaluate and recommend to the UX best practices team on UX issues.
  • Communicate and inform the Head of UX about the current actions of the department.
  • Produce report on research data, which he/she register and according to internal procedures and regulations.

EDUCATION

  • Degree in Social Science, Cognitive sciences, Cognitive Psychology, Psychology or Informatics
  • Very good knowledge of user experience research methods.
  • Very good knowledge of wireframes production and corresponding programs (i.e. figma, sketch, etc.) Excellent knowledge of English
  • Very good Presentation Skills
  • Experience in group facilitation is an asset
  • Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and experimental design planning
  • Knowledge of google analytics (or other analytics tool) is an asset
